How far in advance do we need to order for an event date?+
Plan on a few weeks from inquiry to install-ready — that covers design, approval, cup production, and logistics. Rush timelines are sometimes possible; tell us your event date upfront and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable. The sooner you start, the more design options you have.
Can we reuse the mural at a future event?+
Yes. Cups store flat and are reusable as long as the design and colors stay the same. If you're running the same event next year with the same branding, you may only need to replace any damaged cups. We track your design on file so a reorder is fast.
What if the event venue doesn't have chain-link? Can we bring our own fence?+
We can work with standard chain-link panels that you rent or source for the event. Temporary chain-link panel rentals are widely available from construction equipment suppliers. Tell us the panel spec in your inquiry and we'll design to fit.
